How will I receive my tickets?
All tickets are dispatched by email or SMS messaging.
When will I receive my tickets?
Email tickets are sent the moment you complete your order, if you selected to have your ticket sent by SMS, it will be sent immediately but may take a few minutes to arrive.
I haven't received my ticket

If your email ticket hasn't arrived, please check your junk mail and make sure you used the correct email address when ordering.

If you registered using the facebook button your ticket will be sent to your Facebook email.

Dont worry though, you can always download a copy of your tickets from your user account.

Why do I have to register?
Registering with Tktbox means you can download your ticket at any time, manage your user account details and easily get in contact with us or an events organiser should you need to.
Why do I have to pay a booking fee?
We place a booking fee on each ticket to cover the cost of processing your order and providing our ticket sale service.
What happens if I lose my ticket?
Don’t worry, if you misplace or lose your ticket you can download a copy from your user account.
What happens if I can't attend?
Because we don’t run or manage the events we sell tickets for, we can’t offer you a refund.
In most cases we can change the name on your order, so if you can’t attend you can pass your ticket on to a friend.
Wrong name on ticket?
If you have a ticket which is not in your name you can still use it.
In some cases you may need to check with the promoter or venue.
